Haiku by 'Nagai Shima kara no kaibutsu'
|
"Infinite"
Look up at the trees.
A blanket of clouds above.
Stars are higher still.
|
As we are caught up in our own dreams, wishing for a future,
trying to defeat time with our arsenals of experiance and claiming authority
by the assumption of knowledge.
Truth is the most elusive of butterflies that flirt with
all flowers of consciousness.
Is the only reality, realization? |
